On arrival, our representative will meet and assist you at airport and transfer you to the hotel for an overnight stay.

Day 02 Delhi

Delhi
Delhi - The political and administrative powerhouse of the world largest democracy is a mixture of ancient and modern character.
Old Delhi was built by the Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan in the first half of the 17th century. Focusing on his great Red Fort and Jama Masjid, this old city is still a dense network of narrow alleys and tightly packed markets and houses.
The new city Immediately to the south is the British built capital of New Delhi, a self - conscious attempt to match the imperial grandeur of the Mughal capital, while post independence Delhi has dramatically accelerated its suburban expansion.

Places of Interest: India Gate, Rashtrapati Bhavan, Parliament House, Birla Mandir, Raj Ghat, Humayun’s Tomb, Qutab Minar, Jama Masjid.

Overnight will be in Delhi.

Day 03 Delhi - Pushkar
0730hrs Breakfast at hotel.
0800hrs Leave for Pushkar by surface.
1500hrs Reach Pushkar and check into your hotel.

Pushkar
Pushkar lies in a narrow dry valley overshadowed by impressive rocky hills which offers spectacular views of the desert at sunset. The lake at its heart, almost magically beautiful in the late evening light, is one of the most sacred lakes.

The Brahma temple at the farther end of the lake is a holy shrine.
The Savitri temple (dedicated to Brahma’s wife) on a hill behind offers excellent views after a long climb.

Overnight will be in Pushkar.

0800hrs Breakfast at hotel.
0830hrs Leave for Deogarh.

Reach Deogarh and check into your hotel.

Deogarh
It is a very pleasant, little frequented town with a good bazaar for textiles and its elevation makes it relatively cool.
Raghosagar Lake, which is very pleasant to walk around, has an island with a romantic ruined temple and tombs. It attracts numerous migratory birds.
Deogarh Mahal - built in 1670 A.D., the Mahal stands at a height of 2100 ft. above sea level with its bold battlements, domed turrets and balconies offering a commanding view of the surrounding Aravalli mountains and its rugged rock-strewn countryside dotted by a number of lakes.

Overnight will be in Deogarh.

Day 05 Deogarh - Udaipur (135 Km)
0900hrs Breakfast at hotel.
0930hrs Leave for Udaipur.

Upon arrival check into your hotel and relax.

Late afternoon enjoy a boat cruise on the placid waters of Lake Pichola. From the lake you have a wonderful view of the City Palace stretching along the east bank, while the south bank has pleasant gardens running down to the waterside.

Overnight will be in Udaipur.

Day 06 Udaipur - Ranakpur - Jodhpur
0800hrs Breakfast at hotel.
0830hrs Half day city tour of Udaipur.

Udaipur is one of India's most romantic cities and famed for its lovely palaces and lakes. Begin by visiting the City Palace and wandering through its beautiful rooms and apartments, then continue on to the Garden of Maidens "Sahelion-ki-bari".

Lake Palace, Udaipur Holiday PackageDrive towards Jodhpur enroute visit Ranakpur Jain temples.

Ranakpur is located in the mountain ranges of Pali district. Ranakpur’s Jain Temples were built during the reign of the liberal and gifted monarch Rana Kumbha in the 15th century. An enormous basement covers 48,000 sq. feet area. There are four subsidiary shrines, twenty four pillared halls and eligibly domes supported by over four hundred columns. The total number of columns is 1,444 all of which are intricately carved no two being alike. The artistically carved nymphs playing the flute in various dance postures at a height of 45 feet are an engrossing sight. In the assembly hall, there are two big bells weighing 108 kgs. whose sound echoes in the entire complex.

Continue drive to Jodhpur and upon arrival, check into your hotel.

Day 07 Jodhpur
0800hrs Breakfast at hotel.
0830hrs Half day sightseeing of Jodhpur.

Jodhpur
It is the second largest city of Rajasthan. It still fulfills its historic role as the area’s main trading center for wood, cattle, camels, cotton, salt, and agricultural crops.
The Old city is surrounded by a huge nine and a half Kilometer long wall which has seven gates. Some of the houses and temples are of richly carved stone, in particular the buildings near the Sadar Bazar.

Places to visit :
Mandore gardens the then capital of Marwar to view some of the fabulous cenotaphs and the hall of local heroes of the wars.
Mehrangarh Fort Situated on a steep hill, Mehrangarh Fort is one of the largest forts in India. To enter the Mehrangarh fort, seven gates have to be crossed.
Some of these gates still bear marks of many a siege that this fort has withstood. Its very hard to imagine how any invader even thought of conquering this fort, which at places has 17 feet thick and 68 feet high walls.
Afternoon at leisure with car at disposal.

Overnight will be in Jodhpur.

Cenotaphs, Jaisalmer Traval & TourismDay 08 Jodhpur - Jaisalmer (280 Km)
0800hrs Breakfast at hotel.
0830hrs Drive to Jaisalmer.
Reach Jaisalmer and check into your hotel.

1530hrs Leave for Sam/ khuri.
The dunes are popular for sunset camal rides. It is not really a remote spot in the middle of the desert but the only real large stretch of the sand near the town.
1830hrs Return back to Khuri village fir some light entertainment with folk music. Dance to the haunting tunes of the desert.
1930hrs Diner at mud huts.

Overnight will be in Jaisalmer.

Day 09 Jaisalmer
0800hrs Breakfast at hotel.
0830hrs Sightseeing of Jaisalmer.

Jaisalmer
Founded by Prince Jaisal in 1156, Jaisalmer grew to be a major staging post on the trade route across the forbidding Thar desert from India to the West. The merchants prospered and invested part of their wealth in building beautiful houses and temples with the local sandstone.

Places to visit :
Jaisalmer Fort - Visit the the citadel - the Fort built by Rawal Jaisal where a fourth of the population lives. The fort also houses Jain temples of the 12th to 15th centuries.
Patwaon - ki - Haveli - A five storey mansion with carved pillars & murals of Salim Singh.
Gadisar Lake - Which had once supplied water to the city.
The temples & archways around it have been built by a courtesan.

Rest of the day is free to meet the locals and visit the local market or to relax.

Overnight will be in Jaisalmer.

Ratan Behari Fort, Bikaner Tour PackageDay 10 Jaisalmer - Pokaran - Bikaner (333 Km)
0700hrs Breakfast at hotel.
0730hrs Drive to Bikaner via Pokaran.
Start your journey across the Thar Desert to reach Pokaran at 1000hrs. Visit the 15th century fortress where the 3rd Mughal emperor, Akbar the Great, was born in 1543. The bazaar in the middle of this village is very colourful and full of local flavours
1500hrs Reach Bikaner and check into your hotel.
Bikaner
The Old City enclosed within a high wall is entered through the Kote Gate. The atmospheric traditional bazaar inside is interesting to walk through and two Jain temples are worth seeking out.
In the evening stroll through the busy old quarter of Bikaner city.

Overnight will be in Bikaner.

Day 11 Bikaner - Mandawa (190 Km)
0800hrs Breakfast at hotel.
0830hrs Half day sightseeing of various Havelis & palaces of the Rajput era in Bikaner.

Places of interest : Junagarh Fort.
Junagarh Fort in Bikaner is considered one of India's most impressive fort complexes. It's exquisitely decorated interiors are in an excellent state of preservation. Built in 1588 by Raja Rai Singh, it is one of the few major forts that was not built on a hilltop. The complex consists of palaces, courtyards, pavilions, and balconies. The walls are adorned with carved stones, marble, paintings, and inlaid semi-precious stones. Each palace in the complex was built by a different ruler over the centuries.
1800hrs Reach Mandawa and check into hotel.

Overnight will be in Mandawa.

Day 12 Mandawa - Jaipur (167 Km)
0800hrs Breakfast at hotel.
0830hrs Sightseeing of Mandawa will include the visit local havelis and forts in Mandawa.
See this beautiful village of Shekhawati that used to be an important caravanserai of the yesteryears. See the many havelis of this quaint little town built by the rich and the famous merchants of the 18th and 19th centuries. These havelis have been painted with activities of daily life and of deities to break the monotony of the desert life. Also visit Nawalgarh ‘ a very important city of the Shekhawati region. Visit the world famous Poddar Haveli with its intricate mural paintings and the cultural and folklore museum inside.
Then proceed towards Fatehpur to see the splendid havelis of the local merchants of Shekhawati.
Continue your journey towards Jaipur.

Overnight will be at Jaipur.

Jantar Mantar, Jaipur Tour PackageDay 13 Jaipur
0630hrs Breakfast at hotel.
0700hrs Leave for Amber Fort to enjoy the elephant ride.

Sightseeing tour of Jaipur will cover
Amber Fort is another famous tourist attraction in Jaipur. The Amber Fort was built by Raja Man Singh in the 16th century and was completed by Sawai Jai Singh in the 18th century. The fort offers magnificent views of the surrounding area. The fort is a mix of Mughal and Rajput architecture and is built in red stone and white marble.
Hawa Mahal is one of the most common and popular tourist attractions in Jaipur. Hawa Mahal was basically used as a veil by the royal women folk to watch the proceedings on the road below. Today it is the one of most visited monuments in Jaipur.
Jantar Mantar - The observatory built by Maharaja Jai Singh in 1728.
Visit the City Palace which has museum having an extensive collection of art, carpets, enamel ware and weapons.

Day 14 Jaipur - Fatehpur Sikri - Agra

0800hrs Breakfast at hotel.
0830hrs Leave for Agra via Fatehpur Sikri.
Fatehpur Sikri, which was once the capital city of the Mughal emperor Akbar. Fatehpur Sikri is one of the finest examples of Mughal architectural splendour at its height. Though the city is in ruins, it is a place to visit if one comes to Agra. But in real terms Fatehpur Sikri is a place where one should spend some time. The sunset over the ruins is sight to cherish.
Places to visit:
Visit Fatehpur Sikri, a mosque and the shrine of saint Salim Chisti.
Proceed towards Agra and visit the massive Agra Fort. The Agra Fort houses a number of beautiful monuments inside.

Overnight will be in Agra.

Day 15 Agra
0600hrs Visit Taj Mahal by sunrise. As the Sun rises and its rays kiss the dome of the Taj Mahal visit the wonder monument. The Taj Mahal is the most photgraphed monument in the world. The Taj Mahal was built in the 17th century by Shah Jahan in memory of his wife Mumtaz Mahal.

0900hrs Full day Sightseeing of Agra.

Buland Darwaza, Agra Vacation PackageAgra
Agra stands on the right bank of river Yamuna. Two great Mughal monarchs, Akbar and Shah Jahan, transformed the little village of Agra into a befitting second capital of the Mughal Empire - giving it the name Dar-ul-Khilafat (seat of the emperor). Agra is the Medieval Mughal city of the famous Taj Mahal, the creation of a dynasty that dedicated its spoils to building architectural master pieces.

Places to visit
Visit Sikandara the tomb of the great emperor Akbar.
Later visit the tomb of Itmad ud Daulah the finance minister of the Mughals and the father of Noor Jehan: Jehangir’s wife. It is the first mughal building built out completely of marble. In many contexts it is referred to being the predecessor of the Taj Mahal.
Rest of the day is free to move in the local market and shopping.

Overnight will be in Agra.

Day 16 Agra - Delhi
0800hrs Breakfast at hotel.
0830hrs Leave Agra in the morning and reach Mathura and Vrindavan (birth place of lord Krishna) by afternoon.
1900hrs Reach Delhi and you will be transferred to a local restaurant where you meet your Tour Manager for a tour debrief and FAREWELL DINNER.
After dinner proceed towards airport for flight with sweet memories of India.
